I’m often asked to recommend services and products that will make the business life of my clients a little easier. I have personally used each of the products or services below and know them to be beneficial and reliable.
Some of the recommendations contain “affiliate links,” which means that if you click the link and make a purchase, I may get a small deposit in my PayPal account. In no way does that increase the amount that you have to pay. If you are “affiliate link adverse,” just Google the name of the product and go there directly.
Domains and Web Hosting
My recommendation is to purchase your domain through GoDaddy.com. I have been purchasing domains through them for more than a decade and have never had any problems. Their Customer Service is always excellent.
GoDaddy also has hosting, which I have found to be very good. However, if you prefer a hosting account that includes Cpanel, I would suggest that you use HostGator. I also use them and have been very pleased.
It is not difficult to purchase your domain through GoDaddy and point it to a hosting account at HostGator. And of course, I can help you with that!
